Workers Unite

Dear Workers,
Our deadline is TONIGHT, and we're SO CLOSE to our goal of $10,000!
Workers are under attack in multiple states and in Congress.
With right-wing governors like Scott Walker shredding collective bargaining rights across the country and lawmakers in Congress on the attack, it's a critical time for America's working families.
And now it could even get harder for men and women to protect themselves through a union – much harder.
Our fiscal year ends at midnight tonight, and we need to ensure we have the resources to fight back in the year ahead!
Can you pitch in for workers? Donate before midnight!
Every dollar you donate now is a dollar that will support smart, aggressive strategies to protect workers' rights.
It's not just in Wisconsin, Ohio, and New Jersey where anti-worker legislators have been trying for months to hurt unions while giving big tax breaks to massive corporations.
Lawmakers in Congress are attacking workers with bills to make it harder for all Americans to join unions – lowering pay and weakening rights nationwide.
Some politicians – like Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin – are even proposing to abolish the National Labor Relations Board – the federal agency charged with safeguarding workers' rights to form unions and collectively bargain.
They're trying to strip away every bit of protection workers have left.
American Rights at Work is standing up for working families, but we can't do it without the support of people like you.
Our deadline is at MIDNIGHT TONIGHT – Help us meet our $10,000 goal so we can face the battles ahead.
Thanks so much for everything you do for workers everywhere.
Liz, Hilary, Beth, Zoe, Michael, and the American Rights at Work team
