New Ad “Bellringer” Hits Schilling for Giving Tax Breaks to Companies that Outsource Jobs

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Independent Expenditure released its third TV ad attacking Congressman Bobby Schilling for having the wrong priorities for Illinois. The DCCC’s ad, “Bellringer,” features constituents questioning Congressman Schilling’s record of voting to keep tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas.
