Wisconsin: Karl Rove fights back‏

Stuart -

The Associated Press reports that Karl Rove is raising a "massive sum to combat unions" in Wisconsin. He will be using corporate money to fund ads supporting Governor Walker and you can bet these ads will blanket the state.

It has never been more important that we keep our ad supporting working families on the air then it is right now.

Please contribute $20 to keep the ad on T.V. and keep the pressure up on Republicans to cave.

Here's the thing.

I'm not in Wisconsin. I can't hit the streets and help on the ground.

But I can back up the people of Wisconsin by helping get their voices on T.V. and in the news. And the response to our ad with the Progressive Change Campaign Committee -- exposing Governor Scott Walker and Wisconsin Republicans for their war on working families -- has been fantastic.

It's been covered by local press in Wisconsin like the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the La Crosse Tribune, nationally by the New York Times, Washington Post, Talking Points Memo, Huffington Post, Politico, The Hill, and, thanks to the Associated Press, in hundreds of local newspapers around the country.

On MSNBC last night, Rachel Maddow called it "the most pointed, stand-with-the-people-who-work-for-a-living ad that we have seen for a very long time."

So, while you and I might not be on the ground in Wisconsin, we can still help stop the Republican war on working families.

Please contribute $20 right now to keep the ad on the air as long as we can.

Thank you for everything you do.
